To pay the participation fees of RM 200,000 for the Principal Applicant and RM 100,000 for each dependant upon application submission.
Can the RM 1 million investment be used to invest in property instead of being placed as a fixed deposit?

No, the RM 1 million must be placed as a fixed deposit in a bank with no withdrawal allowed for the first year. However, after a year, RM 500,000 can be withdrawn for medical, education, and real estate purposes.
